Very good value for money. Amazing location only 5 min walk from the tower area. And close to several bus lines for station and 10 min walk from historical city center Amazing view on the tower from the suites under the roof. Breakfast was OK, simple but fresh. Room was kindly prepared for us 4 although they said they could not prepare it for 4 persons but the staff kindly arranged it prior to our arrival. Nice garden-terrace outside. Staff was kind. Beautiful house transformed into a charming hotel.

We have stayed here previously and the location was one of the reasons we booked again. It's a short walk to the main Pisa attractions but just as importantly for us its also a short walk to a small train station. The attic room with narrow windows gave nice views of the Duomo and Tower and the furnishings in room and bathroom were very tasteful and high quality. We were allowed to leave our luggage before and after check in/check out was helpful and if in Pisa again we will certainly book another room.

Really quirky hotel makes a difference from the usual chain hotels. Very clean with nice staff… especially the lady taking care of the breakfast area/ coffees. We had the Tower Room with a beautiful view. It’s so close to the main historic area of Pisa so very easy to get around.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk from the Pisa San Rossore train station (NOT Pisa central) and the Leaning Tower. My room was on the ground floor near the reception. I was initially worried that it might be too noisy but it wasn’t at all. My room was very comfortable with a large terrace to enjoy my morning coffee. The staff are very helpful.

Excellent little hotel only a stone’s throw from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We had a room on the 3rd floor. A very spacious room that also had a settee and sofa bed so could accommodate another adult or child. The room was quite quiet and had a well stocked mini bar and large shower-room. Breakfast was a very nice buffet. The wine in the hotel bar was very reasonably priced! The hotel is only 250 metres from Pisa San Rossore station so if travelling from the airport on the PisaMover get a local train from Centrale station for couple of euros and save yourself the walk!

The staff were excellent and very accommodating, the room we had booked (the annexe) had no windows and the garden crew was more car park view. Although the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet, we requested to move and they moved us into the main property into a room with large windows and a fantastic bathroom.

Beautiful heritage property in great proximity to the Tower. Rooms at the back were quiet. Our attic room with tower view was lovely for three of us for two nights, plenty of space.

The location really worked for us and we checked in with ease. The rooms are typically Italian with high ceilings etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful. The €10 breakfast served to our room each day was wonderful. The little bar area is very nice as is the outside seating at the front. Great location, we heard no noise from our room, and bars etc are just 5 mins walk away

good location close to the main tourist attractions and leaning tower, 5 minutes walk. Room in the annex / courtyard was practical and good standard. Good base for one night if not much time spent in the room.
